Wake up to Sleepy Sun

○○○○○

JUST as the sunshine finally arrives in the UK, so do sunkissed Californians Sleepy Sun.
And their latest LP, Fever, is the perfect soundtrack to Summer excesses, bulging with psychedelic rock, stoner rock and classic rock influence.
Led by groggy duel vocal lines and a fug of guitars, the San Franciscan band - whose motto is "let's get weird"- frequently take this sound on extended acid-soaked six-minute freak-outs of songs.
A swirling stupor of a rock album, you should catch Fever as soon as you can.
